Terms and cancellation policy
These terms apply to participation in the yoga retreat at Hotel Serpiano from 16 to 18 October 2026. The cancellation terms mirror those of Hotel Serpiano.
1. Organiser

2. Booking and holding a place
When you submit the form we hold a place for you for 72 hours. The booking becomes binding when the deposit is received within that window. If it is not received, the place is released.
3. Price, deposit, balance
Deposit: TO CONFIRM. Balance due on: TO CONFIRM.
The price covers two nights in a single room, breakfast on both mornings, dinner on both evenings, spa access and all sessions. It does not cover travel, drinks outside meals or personal expenses.
4. Minimum number of participants
The retreat runs from 6 participants. Cut-off date: TO CONFIRM. If the minimum is not reached by that date, we cancel the retreat and refund the deposit and any further payments in full. No further claims arise — in particular for travel already booked.
5. Cancellation by you

The cancellation tiers must mirror Hotel Serpiano's own terms and be entered here before the first booking (config/site.php → terms.venue_cancellation).

7. Health and personal responsibility
Participation is at your own responsibility. Before the retreat you receive an information pack with a health questionnaire and liability declaration; both are to be handed in completed on site. If you have health limitations, please clarify participation with a doctor beforehand and let us know.
8. Changes to the programme
Times and running order may be adjusted for organisational or weather reasons. The scope and character of the retreat remain unchanged.
9. Governing law
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the organiser's registered office, unless mandatory provisions specify otherwise.
