Terms and cancellation policy
These terms apply to participation in the yoga retreat at the Schweibenalp from 13 to 15 November 2026. The cancellation terms mirror those of the venue.

2. Booking and holding a place
When you submit the form we hold a place for you for 10 days. The booking becomes binding when the programme fee is received within that window. If it is not received in time, the place is released.
3. Price and payment
The price has two parts: the programme fee, which you pay directly to us, and accommodation with organic vegetarian full board, which you book and pay directly with the Zentrum der Einheit Schweibenalp; the house's own terms apply to that booking. To confirm your registration, 100% of the programme fee is to be paid, due within 10 days of registering and at the latest 7 days before the retreat begins (6 November 2026). Whichever of the two dates comes first applies.
The price covers two nights in the Schweibenalp guesthouse, vegetarian full board from Friday dinner to Sunday breakfast, and every session in the programme. It does not cover the optional fire ceremony on Friday evening (CHF 110 per group + donation, split among the participants), travel, drinks outside meals or personal expenses.
The price per person for the whole retreat (2 nights) depends on the room:
- Shared room (4 people): CHF 698 — booked together CHF 653
- Shared room (3 people): CHF 730 — booked together CHF 685
- Double room (2 people): CHF 786 — booked together CHF 741
- Single room: CHF 812 — booked together CHF 767
Rooms are allocated in order of registration. If your chosen occupancy is no longer available, we offer you another; the price then follows the actual occupancy. The “booked together” discount (10 % off the programme fee for each person; accommodation and meals are not discounted) applies when you book together with at least one other person (a friend, partner or family member); each person registers separately and names the other(s) when registering.
4. Minimum number of participants
The retreat runs from 6 participants. Cut-off date: 6 November 2026. If the minimum is not reached by that date, we cancel the retreat and refund your programme fee in full. For accommodation booked with the house, the house's terms apply. No further claims arise — in particular for travel already booked.
5. Cancellation by you

The cancellation tiers must mirror the Schweibenalp's own terms and be entered here before the first booking (config/site.php → terms.venue_cancellation).
6. Insurance
Insurance is the responsibility of participants. We recommend that you have health and accident insurance, and cancellation insurance, that cover your participation in this retreat.
7. Health and personal responsibility
Participation is at your own responsibility. Before the retreat you receive an information pack with a liability declaration, to be handed in signed on site. If you have health limitations, please clarify participation with a doctor beforehand and let us know.
8. Changes to the programme
Times and running order may be adjusted for organisational or weather reasons. The scope and character of the retreat remain unchanged.
9. Governing law
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the organiser's registered office, unless mandatory provisions specify otherwise.
