Privacy policy
This policy sets out what personal data we process, for what purpose and for how long. It follows the Swiss Data Protection Act (FADP); for visitors from the EU, the GDPR applies in addition.

Data from the booking form
We process the details you enter in the form: name, email address, phone number, dietary requirements or intolerances, your experience level and your message. The sole purpose is to handle your enquiry and run the retreat. Dietary details are passed to the hotel kitchen where necessary for your catering.
We also store technical details of the submission: IP address, browser identifier, referring URL and any campaign parameters (UTM). These serve abuse prevention and let us see which channel enquiries arrive through.
Retention: up to two years after the retreat, after which the data is deleted unless a statutory retention obligation applies.

Your rights
